The winemaker

Belle Gnôle is the adventure of two childhood friends: Matthieu, 4th generation of a winegrowing family, and Tim, who discovered spirits while working behind the counter of a cocktail bar. In 2018, to understand how spirits make their way from our terroir to our glasses, they set off on a European distillery tour. They discover the wealth of distillation know-how and the range of possibilities offered by the French terroir for the creation of spirits. Belle Gnôle was born. They then teamed up with their favorite distilleries to create this totally offbeat range of eaux-de-vie and liqueurs that will astonish you with their originality and finesse.
