The house caters to a wide range of wines. From the vineyard culture, we seek to maximize the diversity of Champagne terroirs to develop great wines, which will allow us to produce great champagnes. We therefore opted for a highly selective working philosophy: the rigorous selection of grapes to bottling, precision control and quality are the key words to get the flavor Louis Bartholomew perfect balance between intensity and freshness. Complex, racy and elegant, all our wines are marked by a low dosage but a long aging on lath. To highlight this constant search for excellence, we gave each of our wines the name of a precious stone.
