Dream or reality, the 'Demoiselle' has always been linked to Château des Castaignes, owned by Maison Vranken. Dominique Pichart creates unique wines: the grapes used to make them have been carefully selected according to the quality of the harvest. Rosé champagnes can be made by bleeding or by blending red and white wines.
The champagnes are supple and easy to drink, in a clean register, clearly intended for the aperitif.

Its fine bubbles take on multiple facets, further highlighting its slightly salmon-pink hues.
Aroma
A pretty cocktail of red fruits (raspberry and wild strawberry) is revealed, followed by delicate notes of toast and pastries.

A lovely nose of pear and pineapple. Mango and pineapple on the palate. Not too sweet, which gives it a lovely elegance. Great as an aperitif or with dessert. A good time guaranteed
