the cuvée théophile is a blend of four years' harvest, with young chardonnay and pinot noir vines from the maison roederer.
the color is light gold with a persistent bubble and mousse.
the nose offers fruit with citrus as well as a floral side. On the palate, the wine is fresh and full-bodied. The finish is logue and gourmand.
