Brut sélection is the best-selling champagne in our range. It's a blend of our wines of the year and reserve wines, aged for 9 years in our cellars. Both full-bodied and fresh on the palate, it's a fruity, well-balanced blend. 40% chardonnay, 10% meunier, 50% pinot noir. Sustainable viticulture, manual harvesting, fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, malolactic fermentation, direct pressing, use of selected yeasts, classic vinification, ageing in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, traditional cork stopper, ageing on laths before disgorging.
