As its name suggests, this white Champagne is made exclusively from white grapes, i.e. Chardonnay. However, an original feature of the Maison Drappier, a touch of Pinot Blanc, known as "Blanc Vrai" in Champagne, is sometimes added to the cuvée, to enhance its complexity and roundness.

The nose reveals notes of white peach and pear, as well as more floral notes such as peony.
