The winemaker

Our vineyard is made up of five hectares of vines spread from the north to the south of the Marne, in ten different villages. It also includes fields that we cultivate using conservation agriculture. Both in the fields and in the vineyards, we have evolved our working methods to better respect the natural environment we work with, in particular soil life and biodiversity. Today, we use so-called alternative cultivation techniques to limit the use of chemicals as much as possible, while preserving the quality of our grapes. We are constantly improving our practices, in line with the principles of agroecology. Cooperation is in the genes of both our families. Thanks to this model, we benefit from high-performance, high-quality structures, within which we produce Champagnes that correspond to us. The cuvées in the Terroir et Caractère range are made at our local cooperative, where our grapes are pressed. These are Blancs de Noirs with lots of personality. The grapes used are rigorously selected, so as to keep those with the best potential. The result is full-bodied, flavorful wines with a long finish. They'll delight your friends as an aperitif, or accompany you throughout a meal.
