The winemaker

To make Théophile champagne, Roederer's artisan winemakers use only the youngest vines. As for grape varieties, only two are used: Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. On the nose, Théophile Champagne is a blend of white flowers and citrus fruit. On the palate, the attack is creamy, while the finish lingers for a long time. Well-balanced, Théophile Champagne is an exceptional drink.
