The winemaker

La Maison Pierre Mignon is located in Le Breuil, landmark production of Pinot Meunier, in the Marne Valley. Coming from a long line of winemakers, for 5 generations, the Maison Pierre Mignon develops Champagnes Exceptional in the purest respect for tradition while promoting innovation. Heirs of a knowledge passed from father to son, Pierre and Yveline Mignon direct the family estate and are working with their two children: Céline, responsible for export and trade relations, and Jean-Charles, in charge of vineyard and Wine. The 16-hectare vineyard stretches in the best crus of Champagne (Marne Valley, the Côte des Blancs, Epernay region). The grape varieties in majority of Pinot Meunier (60%) is complemented by Chardonnay present on 30% of plots and Black Pinot, which covers 10% of the farm. Typicality and diversity of soils allow to develop Great Champagnes of character.
