The winemaker
Winegrowers for several generations, we produce our range of champagnes with our own grapes and those we buy from our winegrower friends.
The Côte des Bar terroir, composed of clay and limestone, gives the traditional Champagne grape varieties, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, rich, fruity aromas that are highly appreciated by connoisseurs.
The blending of wines aged for several years enables us to offer a range of champagnes of consistent quality.
To ensure that our champagnes are perfectly mature and ready to drink, we age them in our cellars for at least three years, and for vintages for ten to fifteen years. From vinification to "prise de mousse", or champagnization, our ancestral experience has been enriched by the most recent oenological techniques, enabling us to control the quality of our production.
