The winemaker

The land cultivated by the Tixier family

Champagne Michel Tixier is grown on 5 hectares in the Marne Valley, where Pinot Meunier, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grape varieties are distributed among the estate's different zones. These different terroirs are blended to create fine, complex cuvées. The Tixier family's viticulture combines century-old tradition with modern ecological responsibility, hence its HVE label.

Michel Texier champagnes

The Texier family offers numerous champagnes with dreamy names. The "rosé des saignées", a seductive premier cru in cherry red, is greedy and enveloping on the palate. The "blanc des blancs", simple, light and with a melting effervescence, will delight aperitifs. The more complex "cœur de montagnes" offers a nose with notes of candied fruit. Finally, a "prestige grand cru" cuvée has round, mineral touches.
