Founded in 1947, our company draws on the knowledge passed down from father to son for three generations, and on the riches of the Champagne terroir to offer champagnes and ratafias of the highest quality. Champagne Julien Chopin is a perpetual effervescence... Each generation creates, invents and innovates to give that special signature to our champagnes and ratafias. The company's vineyards, now classified as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, are an undeniable treasure. Our vines, which stretch from the Coteaux Sud d'Epernay to the Côte des Blancs, have an average age of 20 years and enable us to produce grapes of exceptional ripeness, while respecting Champagne traditions and the environment.
