The winemaker
Each parcel is worked with the utmost care, according to its typicity. The land farmed by Champagne James Geoffroy is rocky. So it's only natural that the majority of the vines are Pinot Noir. The rest of the vineyard is planted with Chardonnay and Meunier. Ratafia Champenois is a wine whose fermentation has been stopped by wine brandies.
