The winemaker

The Labruyère family has not chosen by chance Verzenay. An unofficial ranking 1873 instead indeed this village of the Mountain of Reims from the 3 best wines of Champagne. With this new venture, we would continue the family philosophy rediscover and awaken the finest French vineyards. We believe that these vineyards located in Grand Cru have the potential to produce legendary wines and only the best grapes of the most qualitative plots will be used for this. The estate has 5.5 hectares of vines in Grand Cru composed of 75% Pinot Black and 25% Chardonnay. The objective of the Labruyère family since his arrival in 2012 in this vineyard viticulture and winemaking plot.
