The winemaker

The vineyards of Champagne Gaudinat-Boivin cover around 12 hectares spread over 3 communes in the Marne Valley: Festigny, Leuvrigny and Oeuilly. Complementing the heritage already blended by our elders, this new diversity enables us to cultivate the three flagship grape varieties of Champagne, and in particular the Meunier variety so dear to our valley. It contributes to the character and specificity of our wines with fruitiness and suppleness, while Chardonnay brings finesse and lightness, and Pinot Noir power and nobility. All our cuvées are made from our own harvest and on our own facilities, enabling us to pass on the typicity and authenticity of our champagnes to our customers. Our aim is to produce champagnes for celebrations and special occasions, as well as more intimate cuvées, including Vintages and Rosé, to meet the requirements of even the most discerning connoisseur.
