The winemaker

In the south of the Champagne region, in the heart of the Côte des Bar, our estate extends over 3 Champagne communes: Spoy, Meurville, and Champignol lez mondevilles. Winemakers for several generations, we craft our cuvées from the finest blends of our parcels. Brother and sister, we work together on the current estate, built by our parents in the 70s. Since the 90s, our vineyard has been cultivated according to the principles of sustainable viticulture, including the use of grass on all our plots. We look after our vines as if they were our own garden. Since 2012, the estate has been certified Terra Vitis and HVE (Haute Valeur Environnemental). Our cuvées are mainly made from Pinot Noir, the majority grape variety in our vineyards. To buy our champagnes is to adhere to an eco-responsible approach and to invest in the protection of the environment with pleasure!
