The winemaker

Our estate is located in Tauxière Mutry on the southern slopes of the Reims mountains in the Côte des Noirs region. Our vineyards extend over 9 communes, including Bouzy Grand Cru, one of the 17 villages renowned as Grand Cru. We do our utmost to offer you champagne of exceptional quality. Owners of our vineyards from father to son, our champagnes are made exclusively from grapes grown on our own estates in the Pinot Noir and Chardonnay varieties. As récoltant manipulant, we carry out all the winemaking tasks ourselves: we work our vines and our champagnes in order to offer a winemaker's wine that resembles our terroir. Thanks to know-how handed down from generation to generation, each step is carried out entirely by hand. From pruning to bottling and blending with reserve wines, we meticulously control the entire production process to preserve the unique character of our champagne. To guarantee our products, we adhere to the quality charter of independent winegrowers. Our reputation enables us to export and promote our Barbier-Louvet brand worldwide: in the United States, Asia, Europe, Montreal...
