Born into a family of winegrowers in santenay since the 17th century, vincent girardin wanted to stand on his own two hectares of vines inherited from his parents in 1980 at the age of 19. Today, with a total surface area of 17 hectares, the vineyard stretches from santenay to savigny-lès-beaune, via chassagne-montrachet and pommard, on clay soil with gravel and limestone with clay marl.
