The palate is fine and delicate. A fresh, vibrant wine to discover in its youth. Perfect with salmon tartar, scallops, lobster or even poultry such as poularde de bresse. Serve chilled at a temperature of between 10 and 12°c. It should keep for 2 to 3 years.
