This wine from our new vineyard in the commune of Fuissé, harvested on the day Basile de Boissieu was born. This wine has become the symbol of the new generation at Lavernette. Pale yellow in color, with a complex nose of fruit such as ripe nectarines and white peach, combined with aromas of brioche and vanilla. The finish is delicate, with mentholated aromas.
