Hand-picked, with rigorous sorting of grapes in the vineyard and before fermentation. Fermentation and ageing in oak barrels for around 12 months, 25% of which are new.
Beautiful tension accompanied by a complex aromatic palette dominated by exotic fruits, a very gourmet wine perfect with citrus fish!
