The winemaker

Philosophy - In the vineyard Out of respect for our heritage, we work the vines in a spirit of reflection to produce grapes of ever-better quality. With a purely qualitative objective in mind, we have chosen first and foremost to manage the vineyard by practicing "lutte raisonnée", reducing inputs (herbicides, acaricides) to a minimum. Then, after 15 years of managing the vineyard in this way, we turned to Organic Agriculture in 2009 to obtain rich, authentic wines of great aromatic purity. Driven by rigor, we relentlessly pursue the harmony of terroirs through ageing that respects both nature and the wine, with the ultimate goal of achieving ever-richer aromatic complexity. In terms of vineyard protection, priority is given to ecological control methods and the development of environmentally-friendly practices.
