The winemaker

We operate one of the oldest homesteads Pommard: An ancestor Jean Bourgogne settled there in 1552. It was leased for 99 years the vineyards of the Abbey of Sainte Marguerite Bouilland, located in Pommard: "By means every year the amount of three leaflets of ruddy wine, good, clean and fair marketable, silted in good new vaisseauls holding jaulge and measures of Beaune, he and his heirs make audit Abbot in its Abbey to each feast Saint Martin Hyvert. " The area was formed over generations. For several years David joined us on the farm. This is another link in addition to a long history related to the vine and wine. To our delight, we have kept the family nature of our estate.
