The winemaker
Pascal Prunier belongs to the fifth generation of winemakers in the family. He created his own farm in 1983 on an initial area of 3 hectares, the entire leased. Then the area was gradually expanded through purchases of vines. It now covers 7 hectares spread over several towns of the Côte de Beaune allowing to present a range of appellations more interesting. The average age of the vines is around 35 years. The production is divided into 50% of whites and 50% red.
