The winemaker

The estate has three main areas of vines: Milly- Lamartine of the sector and Bussieres (7.59 ha), Chardonnay sector Uchizy (6.94 pm) and the sector of Viré-Clessé since 2009 (6.58 Ha). The soils are calcareous clay and planted only Chardonnay. The vines range from 20 to 40 years unless Vire where vineyards are aged up to 60 years. Although the area is not officially certified, the biodynamic principles are applied in the cultivation of our vineyards for many years. Traditional vinification and breeding is done mainly in casks and half barrels.
