The winemaker

This is Thiebault Huber, who created the Huber-Verdereau field in 1994. The latter already existed under another name and belonged to the family Verdereau. Thiebault is indeed the grand-son of Raoul Verdereau who then occupied the field and shared it between her two daughters in 1976.Depuis 2001, the vines are biodynamic and the area is certified by Ecocert. It produces wines of prestigious appellations such as Volnay, Pommard or Monthélie.
