The winemaker
Domaine Henri Rebourseau stretches between the villages of Gevrey-Chambertin and Vougeot. Owner of some of the oldest parcels in the Côte de Nuits, the Domaine preserves the expression of its terroirs through the slow maturation of its wines. This exception has been preserved and passed down within the same family for several generations. The estate's vines are unique in their size, and reflect the authenticity of their Climats. The elegance of our wines is shaped gradually. In the maturity of a bottle, time leaves an indescribable imprint. Domaine Henri Rebourseau wines stand out for the attention they pay to this period of maturity. It is in our century-old cellars that the tradition of long ageing is perpetuated. Coming from the same family, each generation receives and passes on the history, details and secrets of its parcels. This tradition goes hand in hand with a singular expertise in maturing and ageing wines. The estate's methods are traditional, following 100% organic viticulture combined with bio-dynamic practices.
