The winemaker

At Domaine Henri & Gilles Buisson, the desire is to preserve the originality of each climate so that it can express itself in each of the wines they produce. The domaine produces a large proportion of its wines under the Saint-Romain appellation, in both red and white. Saint-Romain Sous Roche is a 100% Pinot Noir produced on limestone soil from 60-year-old plots nestled at an altitude of 300 meters. Saint-Romain Perrière is the result of 40-year-old vines, facing due east and planted at an altitude of over 300 meters.
