The winemaker

Our estate is located in the commune of Saint-Bris and Irancy. The wines we produce come exclusively from our own vines, and are vinified and matured in the center of the old village, in cellars dating from the 11th and 12th centuries. This exceptional heritage includes a whole network of cellars and, in particular, an 11th-century Corps de Garde, the village's former stronghold, which opened and guarded the main gateway to the old village. We seek the expression of terroirs while respecting the environment, a fragile balance that is essential to these revelations. We believe that the best way to achieve this is to cultivate our estate organically and biodynamically; the vines, the life of the soil, the subsoil, the environment, the climate and the people are all essential to producing an appellation d'origine.
