Jean-Michel Giboulot carefully composes and crafts red and white Burgundy wines from the Savigny-Lès-Beaune appellation. Domaine Giboulot Jean-Michel produces five premier crus: Aux Fournaux, Aux Gravains, Les Peuillets, Aux Narbantons and Aux Serpentières. One of the major elements in the winemaker's approach is the conversion to organic farming undertaken in 2010. Since 1935 and 3 generations, the Domaine Giboulot Jean-Michel has advocated a return to tradition to produce fine Burgundy wines.
