The winemaker

After two years studying international business in Paris, Françoise Feuillat-Juillot felt the call of her native Burgundy. The adventure began in 1989, when she joined forces with a winegrower in Montagny-les-Buxy who owned a 14-hectare vineyard of which only 8 hectares were planted. Over the years, the Domaine took off: the vineyard grew from 8 hectares to 14 hectares, and bottle production rose from 5,000 to 60,000. In 2002, following the death of her partner, Françoise found herself alone at the head of the estate, which she finally bought in 2004. Since then, the estate has carried her name, and she manages the entire operation from vine to bottle with 4 employees. Currently, 80,000 bottles are produced each year. Domaine Feuillat-Juillot wines express the quintessence of each of their terroirs. They are wines of passion, emotion and elegance. They are recognized and distinguished for their high quality by the press and the most prestigious competitions. The Domaine is committed to Quality, both in the vineyards - cultivated using the "Agriculture Raisonnée" method - and in the winemaking process.
