The winemaker

History: A family estate created in 1975 at Meloisey in the Hautes Cotes de Beaune, Denis was joined by his children, Gaëtane and Martial, in 2008 to ensure continuity. The construction of a cuverie and then an ageing cellar provided the space needed to expand the domaine. In a few words: True craftsmen of the vine, the Carré family work together with the same objective: to produce wines of great finesse, balance, authenticity and elegance.
