The winemaker
Domaine Delarche produces two types of wine: red and white. For the latter, the grape varieties used are Aligoté and Chardonnay. For red wines, only Pinot Noir is grown. All wines are aged in oak barrels for 12 to 16 months.
The wines produced at Domaine Delarche have different appellations. For red wines: Bourgogne, Pernand Vergelesses, Pernand Premier Cru, Aloxe-Corton and Corton Renardes Grand Cru. For white wines: Bourgogne Aligoté, Pernand Vergelesses, Pernand Premier Cru and Corton Charlemagne Grand Cru.
