The winemaker

This area planted with vines since at least the Middle Ages was bought in 1936 by Jean Baudot, arboriculteur.Il ripped the vines to plant fruit trees - apple, pear mainly. Its operating premium fruit very well. No successor, Mr. Baudot decided to sell his property at a young winemaker for Clos is replanted with vines. Vincent bought the estate in 1985 to settle in and continue alongside his father Henry to develop its operations. The 5 hectares of land were planted with a very careful selection of Pinot Black. Meanwhile, we have rejuvenated our vines of Chardonnay and Aligoté that particularly articulate on the rocky terrain of the locality "Reviller". Today we are - Sylvie and Vincent - operate 13 hectares of vines. We are always looking to grow by investing in new equipment, in spending much time in the vineyards, and caring especially our wines with the Cuverie or Domain (drums).
