After four generations, Bernard now works with his two sons Alexandre and Benoit, who returned to the estate in 1995 and 1999 respectively. Ploughing, integrated pest management, yield control and hard work in the vineyard are the keys to a healthy harvest. In the cellar, the main objective is to let the terroir speak for itself. After ageing for 12 to 18 months, the wines have acquired structure and stability, and are ready for bottling. From the vineyard to the market, a precise and well-considered process is put in place after joint reflection.
