When Jean Servelle died in 1989, Christian and Elisabeth Amiot-Servelle took over the business. Domaine AMIOT-SERVELLE was born.
Christian and Elisabeth have 3 children: Prune, Violette and Antoine.
Antoine is currently a student at the Ecole de Commerce in Dijon.
Violette has chosen music and is a percussion artist-teacher at the Conservatoire à rayonnement régional de Dijon.
As for Prune, after studying oenology and obtaining her DNO in 2004, she undertook internships and then worked in various estates in France and abroad before returning to the family domaine in May 2011.
A vineyard formerly cultivated by Cistercian monks, Chambolle-Musigny boasts 24 Premiers Crus and two wonderful Grands Crus: Musigny, overlooking Clos de Vougeot, and Bonnes Mares, located to the north of the village and serving as a link with the village of Morey-Saint-Denis.
The Appellation d'Origine Contrôlée dates back to September 1936, one of the very first in France, the first being Morey-Saint-Denis, Christian Amiot's native village.
