Today it covers 15 hectares with the potential to develop up to 50 hectares in the coming years. The vineyard is held in the environmental and soil by a certified organic. Quentin David works the vineyards like a garden with attention to every detail. His wine is recognized as a beautiful expression of the Pouilly-Fumé.
