We chose to make a cuvée as we felt it. Breaking away from the codes of classic winemaking, this cuvée, straight from the rich Côte de Charmoy terroir, underwent 30 months of ageing before being imprisoned in the glass. Alternating between barrel and vat, the wine was stirred to extract a vinous marrow with a unique taste.
