Vénus du Château de Garnerot is a Crémant de Bourgogne made from Chardonnay and Aligoté grapes. Harvested and sorted by hand, it is aged for a minimum of 24 months on laths. This crémant has a green-gold color, with fine, persistent bubbles. On the palate, fine flavors of citrus fruit and white flowers, honeysuckle and acacia.
