In a few words ...

"Frissons" is a Bourgogne Blanc - Chardonnay. It all began in 2016, the year of the "Grand Frisson" felt in the Chablis vineyards and in Cyril Gautheron's heart. Spring frosts destroyed most of the harvest. Cyril didn't give up and created this new Cuvée. The power of the selected Chardonnays lifted his spirits and gave birth to "Frissons".

discovered in a Breton wine shop this summer, it now has a regular place on our table. It bears some resemblance to its neighbor the Chablis. It has all the nobility of its neighbor, with excellent value for money. A must-have in your cellar.
