This cuvée is made from 40-year-old Pinot Noir vines. The wine is aged partly in stainless steel vats and partly on lees in oak barrels to enhance aromatic concentration. A full-bodied Pinot Noir that reveals a rich, gourmet aromatic range.

On the nose, the bouquet opens on a basket of red and black berries (strawberry, cherry, blackcurrant, blueberry).
