Hey hey! Could it be that a fine house is hiding behind this secret cuvée? One thing's for sure: this bottle is on a high level. I'd recommend at least an hour's aeration, as this is when the wine really comes into its own. Sublime!

It stands on its own even when sipped trankilou, although I also enjoyed it with formage.
