This cuvée is made from old vines selected by massal selection, aged around 60 years. A fine selection of Pinot Noir grapes, producing small, loose bunches with small, millerandage berries, rich in aroma and substance.
"Respectful of the typicality of each terroir, we strive to bring the soil to life so that our Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grape varieties can flourish and draw from the depths of our soils the characteristics of our climates."
