The winemaker

Today, the Bader-Mimeur family owns and manages 98% of the vines of the Domaine du Château de Chassagne-Montrachet, acquired in 1919, as well as other vineyards in the communes of Chassagne-Montrachet and Saint-Aubin. Bader-Mimeur also has a small trading activity (Meursault, Pommard, Chambolle...) to satisfy its private customers. Bader-Mimeur is above all a passion for the very best in customer satisfaction, whether Japanese, American, Chinese or European... In concrete terms, this means closely supervised vines grown using integrated methods to minimize the use of chemical treatments, natural fermentation and aging in oak barrels.
