The winemaker

Hélène has set herself the goal of creating a pleasant environment for all those involved in the vineyard, starting with the vines, which must thrive on living soils rich in organic matter and biodiversity, but also the team, the customers, the flora and fauna. This means organic and biodynamic farming, of course, but also fostering biodiversity, to create a place where people feel good and where the grapes can grow as healthily and naturally as possible. In the winery, interventions and inputs are kept to a minimum to allow the quality of the grapes and the terroir from which they come to express themselves. Hélène's aim has always been to make wines with a distinct personality, a real signature that will not leave anyone indifferent. Wines with freshness, great juice, complexity, and wood that enhances rather than masks the grapes.
