Harvested by hand. Sustainable cultivation. The grapes arrive in bins which are emptied into a modern, horizontal pneumatic press. Pressing takes much longer than for dry white wines. It takes about 4 hours or more to press the contents. The richest juices come out last. Pressing is long and delicate to extract the richest juices. The wines are aged for 16 to 18 months in oak barrels (50% new), with a very open nose combining notes of orange, preserved lemon and grapefruit with a refreshing acidity. White flowers and frangipane round out the freshness. The palate reflects the liveliness of this vintage, and reproduces the aromatic range of the nose, adding pineapple and a touch of vanilla thanks to its barrel ageing. Liqueur is present through density, but remains discreet. Although round, the finish leaves a very fruity, fresh and acidic impression. This wine has a pleasant, attractive face, which will enable it to be enjoyed in its youth.
Appearance
The robe can vary over the entire range of colors from pale gold to coppery gold through straw yellow.
Aroma
In the main aromatic field of soft and sweet Bordeaux we find the flower, the fresh fruits, the exotic fruits but also spicy notes and empireumatiques (wood, cinnamon, vanilla ...).

Taste
The sweet white young are delicious, they are slightly jammy but still retain acidity. With age they evolve on more concentrated aromas, such as the bitter orange confit and small notes of salted butter caramel.
