Assembly : 87% Semillon - 13% Sauvignon Blanc. vinification : hand-picked. Traditional, meticulous viticulture. Fermentation takes place in barrels to ensure perfect control of this most delicate and mysterious phase of wine-making. The wine is aged for 30 months in barrels. TASTING : a brilliant golden-yellow color. a nose that is not always very expansive, but marked by fruit (apricot, tangerine, exotic fruit sometimes) and woody notes (vanilla, toast). on the palate, an initial sensation that is always very silky, often sumptuous, followed by a more enveloping impression. balance between liquor and acidity (between sweetness and freshness). A few touches of bitterness may contribute to this harmony.

The robe can vary over the entire range of colors from pale gold to coppery gold through straw yellow.
Aroma
In the main aromatic field of soft and sweet Bordeaux we find the flower, the fresh fruits, the exotic fruits but also spicy notes and empireumatiques (wood, cinnamon, vanilla ...).

Taste
The sweet white young are delicious, they are slightly jammy but still retain acidity. With age they evolve on more concentrated aromas, such as the bitter orange confit and small notes of salted butter caramel.
