    Assembly : 92% cabernet sauvignon - 6% merlot - 2% cabernet franc. vinification : manual harvest. Traditional cultivation. Temperature-controlled vinification in stainless steel vats. Wines are aged in oak barrels. TASTING : a beautiful, deep ruby color. A sumptuous nose with notes of licorice and spices stretching to ripe fruit. Full-bodied on the palate, with fine tannins, ample and fleshy. Long finish. serving temperature : 16-18°c food and wine pairing :

    Appearance

    Dense, dark garnet color, drawing on purple in its youth.

    Aroma

    The nose reveals notes of violet and empyreumatic like wood, roasting, vanilla ... In aging, the wine will reveal very high quality game or truffle aromas.
