    In a few words ...

Today, the estate has around 30 hectares in production. A geological study of the land reveals two types of soil: gravel from Gironde, which favors early ripening of the grapes and gives them fine tannins, and clay-limestone marl, which produces more powerful tannins. The traditional grape varieties that make up our vineyards - Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot - thrive on these substrates.

Tour de pez 2016 simply enjoyed with a large rib of beef with fries and salad, a real delight, the simplest recipes are the best. I recommend this wine and will surely buy it again.

Pricing is very good for a Saint-Estèphe. On the palate, it's easy-drinking and fruity, perfect for drinking with friends, with a good piece of meat or even without eating anything!

An excellent, ready-to-drink Saint Estèphe at a very attractive price. It went very well with roast veal, with its balanced tannins and peppery, fruity notes.

An elegant wine with smooth tannins. A Bordeaux in the purest style, but without any false notes. To be enjoyed now or left to age a little in the cellar.

A very powerful, tannic wine, but already with mellow tannins and harmonious oak. Can be drunk now, as it's already very good, but will benefit greatly from cellaring for a few years.

very good wine, can already be tasted even if it would benefit from waiting another two or three years Pleasant, tannic without excess, delicate fruitiness, long but not very long on the palate, supple finish
