Average age of vines: 30 years vinification: fermentation followed by 15-20 days maceration to extract aromas, color and tannins. Aging: 12 to 18 months in oak barrels, 40% new. Volume: 75 cl Tasting notes: Château Picard 2019 presents elegant notes of red and black fruits, with spicy and finely smoky touches. This wine perfectly expresses the power and finesse of the Saint-Estephe terroir. Food & wine pairing: goes well with beef dishes and mature cheeses.
